At GEVI, we stand by the quality of our home appliances and offer a 30-day return window to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your product is unused and in its original packaging, we will provide a full refund or exchange to help you perfect your home setup.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the appliance in its original box, including all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
